Important Message for Graduates

The updated Account retention policy for Alumni Accounts will affect recent graduates. 

What does this mean?

Around the 1st week of May following the year of your graduation, your RMC student @go.rmc.edu email address and MyMaconWeb access will be removed.  Prior to these changes, please migrate any external personal accounts (i.e. social media, financial, etc.) using your RMC email address to a personal email.

Parent Portal Login Help

  • Login using your MyMaconWeb Username and Password - you can use your email on record instead of your user name. 
  • Parents will be sent login information from the Registrar's Office when their student grants them parental permissions.
  • Forgot your password or never set one up before the link expired? Click the "I forgot my password" link, and enter your valid email address. A new password reset link will be sent to this email on  within a few minutes. This reset link will be active for 60 minutes.
  • Contact the ITS Service Desk at helpline@rmc.edu or 804-752-8500 if you don't know your user name or stored email address.
