Alumni/Parents/Former Students

• Login using your MyMaconWeb Username and Password - you can use your email on record instead of your user name. 
• Parents will be sent login information from the Registrar's Office when their student grants them parental permissions.
• Forgot your password? Click the "I forgot my password" link, and enter your valid email address. A new password reset link will be sent to this email on  within a few minutes. This reset link will be active for 60 minutes.
• Contact the ITS Service Desk at helpline@rmc.edu or 804-752-8500 if you don't know your user name or stored email address.
